After reading the reviews—and especially the owner’s responses—I’m convinced the real problem isn’t the customers. Not once does the owner take responsibility. Every negative experience is dismissed, minimized, or blamed on the client. One response even claims a client “looked happy.” If someone were happy, they wouldn’t be leaving a negative review.
