They did an exceptional job at hair and makeup! They got exactly what I wanted.
My gorgeous pregnant friend bought a groupon and booked an appointment weeks in advance . They made her leave crying , because they did not want to do balayge on her hair. Her maternity shoot was supposed to be the next day. To me, that is horrible customer service . Where is the manager ? And how do you turn a customer away who had booked an appointment well in advance . My suggestion is if you do not want to offer a deal/ discount on your services then do not offer a groupon .
Love this place! Brittany, my stylist was awesome. The owners went above and beyond to squeeze me in for a blow out during a busy out of town wedding weekend.

I have been trusting Anika with my hair for over 15 years because she is the best. After moving away from the Farmington Hills area, I STILL make the over hour drive to see her.
