I had a spa experience - was dissatisfied - spoke to Kelly was assured it would be addressed and that I would be contacted . That was 6 days ago . Would not recommend

I've been to the salon a few times now, but yesterday was my first appointment with Alison. She immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in her ability to give me the best color and cut possible. I loved the result and already made another appointment with her. So glad to have such a unique location and talented hairstylists in my neighborhood.
