I decided to go to this salon because I pass it everyday on my way to work and I always see it. I had never been before and I wanted to give it a shot. Carrie gave me a wonderful haircut and I needed one bad. We talked about the goals for my hair and product recommendations. She was very professional but had a great personality at the same time. I will definitely be back thanks!
My stylist was super sweet and nice. However, I came in for full head of highlights to lighten my hair which is quite expensive and left with highlights so dark they were barely even noticeable...

They charged my bank account nearly $150 on 11/10 for a purchase that I made back on September 8th!!!! When I called to find out what the f**k happened, they said the computer that handles credit/debit transactions was having issues and transactions weren't being settled. Ummmmm you should've called and let me know!!! I've already had an awful experience on their salon side with one of the estheticians taking off nearly half of one eyebrow during a brow wax.
