Wendy was great! I was in need a cut, and found availability with Wendy. We got straight to it when I arrived. She started asking me questions and assessing my hair to ensure I was getting the cut I wanted. Before any cutting was done she explained what she was going to do, again ensuring it was what I wanted. It was very refreshing since I've experienced stylist be overly confident and cut too much length off than what I wanted. I also got a scalp scrub which was customized to my scalp and hair type. Phoebe did an excellent job cutting and styling my hair. I also got a much needed color touch up. I was very satisfied with her work and will be back for future trims and color.
