good color and cut – I'm new to town and needed to find a new hair salon. Erica was available for my last minute appointment before New Year's Eve. She listened to what I wanted and I felt like she truly understood my hair. I was very happy with the cut, color and facial waxing. She explained the products but didn't push them on me. I plan to visit this salon again!
great place for hair – I have not been satified with my hair for a while, so I decided to look for a good place online. I found Salon Dacota, which turned out to be a good decision. Erica not only listened to what I wanted, but also gave some good suggestions. At the end, she even gave me a brochure which listed the product she used for my hair. Definitely I will go back there!

Erica is a miracle worker – This was my second time going to Salon Dacota. I originally found them on City Search while trying to find the best salon but still well priced salon in the West County area. I went in for the first time last spring with an odd request, I needed all of my dreads cut off while saving as much hair as I could. Fantastic Salon! – I went to Salon Dacota last summer for the first time and had my hair cut by Erica. She was really great and listened to what I wanted, but also gave me advice based on how I wanted my hair to look. I usually don't go to a salon more than once because I can never find someone who cuts my hair well, but I will definitely be returning to Erica!
Great Stylist – I made an appointment off of the reviews that I read on Citysearch. I was not disappointed. My stylist was Bobbi. I have never had a stylist that actually sit down and talked with me in length prior to even touching my hair. He used all the information that he obtained to give me the best cut and style I have ever had, and it is a style that I can manage. He gave me lots of tips on styling my hair to get the salon look. Excellent service – I have a bad habit of hitting random hair cut factories for a cheap and quick cut. I am always dsgusted with the quality of the cut. That all changed when I visited for the first time through a referral from my wife. I was delighted with the atmoshpere, the service, the quality of the cut and the overall experience.
