HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/SCAMMERS – My husband purchased a gift certificate from Salon Cheveux for prepaid services which included five visits. Myhfirst appt was made for a massage three weeks in advance. They canceled the appt the day of the appt without notifying me and then had an attitude with me for being upset that they did not notify and wasting my time as I had other appts I had canceled that day to attend the appointment. Phenomenal Hairdressers! – I had an bad experience else where so I saw the salon driving by and stopped in just to check out the place. I had to ask a bunch of questions, in no way I was gonna go thru the same problem again. They were very helpful, someone was able to get me in and do my hair. Honestly I was worried at first but my hair came out better than how I originally wanted. I loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful i'm faithful customer now!
