Horrible Experience! – BEWARE..BEWARE..BEWARE I went to the salon on Saturday for a bridal hair trial. My appointment was at 9:00am. I arrived on time but had to wait for the hair stylist. She arrived and was not ready. She spent at least 15 minutes bending bobby pins. I just sat there and thought, "This does not seem right because she is charging me by the hour." Good customer service does not mean accepting abuse from clients. It is Salon Cherie's right and policy to refuse service to anyone that acts inappropreately. The service was provided and done well. Therefore a refund was not warranted. We pride ourselves on our experience and professionalism. Unfortunately this case was out of the ordinary and we could not continue to work with this client. The salon staff wishes you and your fiance the best of luck in your upcoming nuptials.
Nice lash extensions – I was nervous because I'd heard some horror stories about bad lash extensions but I thought I'd give it a shot since I hate wearing mascara and saw Salon Cherie was having a $99 special on them. The lovely blonde girl (I believe named Lauren but might be wrong) that did my lash extensions has 2 years of experience and the procedure seemed to go by fast (I got to lay down on a comfortable table bed and listen to relaxing music in a nice private room) and was almost painless! Fantastic Facial and Hair Style – My hair was cut and styled by Kendra and everyone is raving about my hair cut. Even my husband kept looking at me last night and telling me how much he liked it. And Lauren did a fantastic job on my facial, everyone thinks I look 10 years younger. I’m really enjoying all of the attention.
Kendra will make your hair beautiful .... – I just had my hair done again by Kendra today. She listens to what I want and gives me exactly what I want when it comes to my hair. My boyfriend tells me that she has done an amazing job on my hair it that the coloring compliments my skin tone. My hair looks and feels healthier as well as the shine. Best salon by far! – I have been coming here for about 2 years now, i wouldn't go anywhere else after i've been here. Everyone is so friendly and sweet. Cherie is amazing, she does my long lengths extensions and she matches the colors just so perfectly with my hair. I always come out of the salon very happy. All my friends come here now also, we love all the services they have.
Joseph is GREAT!! – I went to Joseph and he was great! He listened to what I wanted and totally delivered! The color was what I wanted; and I like that he took his time cutting my hair. Sadly, I had to move out of Austin but I definitely wanted to leave Joseph a good review because he deserves it! Thanks!
Selena is awesome! – I just moved from Dallas and went to this salon for the first time last week. I had a cut and color done by Selena and I have to say I haven't been this happy with the results in years from any salon I have been to. Selena understood exactly what I wanted. I am a very satisfied customer! I highly recommend this salon for the attention I received!
Absolutely Wonderful! – I went to Salon Cherie looking for a new stylist and found one..... Cheri she was so nice and now I'm the perfect shade of blonde! The whole staff was really friendly and made me feel like I was at home. I cant wait to go back!
Sweetest Salon Ever!!!! – I have been to this salon a few times now. Each time I leave amazingly happy with what I have done. I have been to almost every stylist for something.
