It has been a year since I started to come here. I thought it is only fair to provide an update. Billy is the absolute best. He has truly restored my hair from so much damage from another salon. He always greets you so warmly. He takes notes as to keep up with your hair treatments and concerns. He gives “you” his undivided attention from start to finish. He is an Earth Angel in my book.
