Worst salon experience of my life. Worst salon experience of my life. Never have had anything so bad as Salon Bella. Avoid this place.
Way too overpriced Way too overpriced. It certainly was not affordable for me. I was also underwhelmed by their services.
Too freakin' crazy I was noticing a review below about the whole near-arrest thing. That has happened to me as well. Some crazy nut woman stood at the door and kept running in and out of the salon and going around and around my car. I stood and watched her for a few moments. I couldn't believe my eyes. DISLIKE. Dislike. Dislike. Dislike. I never will go there again. The customer service here ranks zero in my book.
Welcoming and well priced I love this salon! I always feel very welcome here. The stylists are never intimidating or snobby. The prices are very reasonable. I'm not sure what those other reviews are talking about.
Unresponsive They wouldn't listen to me about what I needed. I asked to speak to a manager, and the employees would not give me her name. I asked several times, and finally a woman told me her name, but then told me to leave!!! Do they not want business? I would think not. The employees are extremely rude.
I don't trust them. An extremely unpleasant place. Not the kind of place you want to sit for two or three hours or however long it takes to get your hair colored, cut, nails done, and so on, or entrust your pre-wedding preparations to. They need to get rid of their hall monitor who stands at the door, charging after people outside, harassing them, and threatening to call police on them. Especially when their customers/potential customers have not broken any laws. I have a hard time trusting these folks.
SCARY, SCARY EXPERIENCE Stop to get a haircut, get ARRESTED?! Yep, thatâs apparently the way it is at Salon Bella. I had hardly parked my car there for just five minutes one day when some crazy woman from the salon kept running in and out of the building and around my car. She accused me of a CRIME and repeatedly THREATENED to report me to POLICE because my dog was in there. Whatâs BIZARRE is that I DIDNâT break the law nor did I do anything to harm my dog.
