I bought a gift certificate from someone selling them for this salon. Was informed I’d need an appointment. No big deal, right?! No big deal until you call to schedule an appointment and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I’ve been trying for WEEKS to make an appointment. Now it seems that I must go in to schedule an appointment, and then return for said appointment. What is the point to that? I have left numerous messages with NO response. Hands down best spa in all of Bentonville! Friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly affordable.
Just got my hair done. A friend from work told me to go to Salon Athena. She recommended I see Mercedes. She does amazing work. I recommend her as well.
It's a great feeling place. I love my hairdresser, Shelia Petet. She's quick and knows hair! Sometimes we have the best conversations but when I want to be quiet, she's respectful of that, too. She will treat you like a queen!
Mercedes is the greatest! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
Mercedes does an awesome job! Also not so expensive you can't afford it. :)
