Talk to Mia the leasing agent. She is amazing. She is talented, kind, smart, and cares about the Salons and the people that lease. She teaches classes as well for marketing and other ideas. I uploaded a photo of Mia so you know who to talk to. I have been with salon and spa for going on five years and she is the best agent we’ve had.
Who's here cause of the shooting that happened earlier today?..
I would avoid leasing here. Communication is absolutely terrible. They will make false promises to get you to sign the lease, and not follow through. They pulled my rent from my bank account early multiple times causing me to overdraft, with absolutely no notice. I'm now being sued for breaking my lease because of their shady business practices. Avoid at all cost.
