Make sure you know what you're paying for. I went in for partial highlights, cut and root touch up. Jesse did a really nice job but did full highlights and as she washed my hair she said she was putting a hydrating mask on my hair..she never mentioned that she was charging me..so the extra highlights needed more color than she mixed..so I paid extra for additional color, full highlights and the mask..I was really in shock when my bill was $250 (ouch). Jess was very nice but there was clearly a "lost in translation" issue. I specified over and over that I wanted very natural highlights and instead I have overly streaky highs and lows. There is nothing natural looking about my color at all and she waited until she was rinsing the color to ask how light I like my high lights. I was completely besides myself. How many times do I need to tell someone natural and low maintenance? Not to mention I was charged nearly double what o would pay elsewhere and already hate it and want ... read more
