Leslie, I'm sorry that you were not happy but there are several inaccuracies in your statement. 1) Your stylist far from rushed you through your appointment, she in fact spent 5+ hours on your hair to which nearly put her an hour late to her next client. 2) your entire experience there you looked completely relaxed, so much so that you even brought your baby with you, who was amazing the entire time and completely adorable and adored by everyone there. Jennifer Ralston created the exact vision I had in mind for a special event! My hair design was intended to be elegant and graceful, she competently created this with the allure of conservativeness I desired...not an easy task in todays world of wild and loud hair styles!
