Horrible experience. I asked for some if my mouse brown hair to be covered up with a nice neutral blonde and I came out with yellow orange tinted hair. I asked fir done highlights to blend in, none . Right away she knew it was wrong and offered to fix it the next day. I was on shock. Cried all the way home. 4 hours there and Spent over $100 . What a wonderful salon! Came in for a perm with Kim and my 7 year old. I was worried she would be bored, Kim got her set up with some heads and hair stuff and she was content the whole time.
