Donna is absolutely amazing! I trust her fully to keep my hair healthy and looking its best. She even styled my hair for my wedding. She is truly wonderful!
I went in with long hair down past my ribs, asked for a trim and some layers, showed the stylist a picture for reference. Ended up having to walk out of there with hair up to my shoulders. Cut was so bad that I went straight to another salon to get it fixed. I really tried to be open-minded, thinking maybe it was such a long time since I'd had a trim that I was just surprised and maybe it really wasn't as short as it looked.
