Called and asked if there was availability for walk in I was told yes and was given a time. I was running 5 min late due to traffic I called and text the young lady to let her know she never responded but I still proceeded to go . I get there she has someone in chair and another came in right after me. To some everything up I was going to have to wait until they are done or have a rushed head I left because this all started from a lack of communication and professionalism.
