They listen to what you want and give you helpful suggestions about the style that fits you best. The salon itself is super clean, relaxing, and has a great vibe. I had an extremely disappointing experience trying to book an appointment at Salon 184. I called to make an appointment with Nelson, but Monica answered the phone and was immediately rude and dismissive. She kept cutting me off mid sentence, didn’t let me explain myself, and rushed me the entire time, all while I was simply trying to say that I had been calling for the past two days with no answer. When I asked about Nelson, she told me he was on vacation, again cutting me off and being completely unprofessional in her tone.... read more
