My haircut was canceled an hour before my appointment. I received a phone call from the receptionist stating that my stylist wasn't available. I completely understand if someone has an emergency or is out sick but this sounded like a scheduling error on the salon's part. Given that the majority of salons require their clients to cancel a minimum of 24-48 hours in advance, I'm not sure why 1 hour was deemed acceptable for canceling on a client. This is my second visit with Rachel, and she does amazing work. She has excellent attention to detail, helped me to select just the right color for my hair, and gave me the perfect cut and style. Rachel is a very talented stylist, and I can't wait to get my next cut with her. I received so many compliments and am grateful I found her! She's the best!

Been going to this salon for years now. Love Sarah, my hair genius! Everyone is friendly and they are always on time and give you exactly what you want. If you ask for something that won’t work for your hair type, they work with you on what you can do and won’t steer you wrong. Never had a bad thing to say about any of the hundred times I’ve been here. Definitely try them out, you won’t be disappointed!
