Very professional!!! – After living in Seattle and Portland for the last 10 years I was afraid to get my hair styled by anyone in town. A friend referred me to Nancy and I've never been happier with my appearance. I highly recommend this salon.

Love it!!!!! – I found this salon due to advertisment that allowed walk-ins and I will never go to another salon as long as I live in Boise. The stylists are fantastic. They are so talented and teach you as they work. There is always great conversations, artwork, and they are always smiling. Its so nice to go somewhere where the girls actually show how happy they are to do your hair!!! Its hard to leave after im done, i could sit and talk with them all day.

Talented Hair Artist – Courtney is a very talented and unique stylist. She pays close attention to details and is a perfectionist. She provides a very fun and relaxing atmosphere. I haven't let anyone else touch my hair since Courtney became my stylist. If you want to look hip or classy, Courtney is the stylist for the you. She is located in the BODO district of downtown. So make an appointment asap, her schedule is very busy.

Great cuts & styles – I always feel welcome when i walk through the doors at salon 162, each and every employee is ready with a warm smile and a quick greeting making it a great deal more comfortable. Along with the friendly apparatus the job always gets done professionally. Each visit Courtney is able to tame my uni-brow into much cleaner "set" of eyebrows that should be there along with a great haircut specially fitting my style to make me feel cleaner and more confidant, ready to face the world again.

Fun Salon! – I walked into this place after seeing the sign many times by my work. The stylists are very diverse but all friendly and nice. They had the best music in town. Maria was very professional and gave me the best haircut in my life plus she washed before I went back to work! They always have different artwork and drinks in the fridge. My coworkers and I love the place.

Cutest Salon Around!!! – My experience at Salon 162 was absolutely extraordinary. The atmosphere is so cozy and the staff is so beautiful and friendly. However the best part hands down is hair artist Courtney King! You can't help but love her. She is amazingly talented, has a vivacious personality, and is extremely professional. It is a must you set an appointment with her. Don't wait any longer visit Salon 162 now for a real treat!

Amazing Customer Service – I was looking for someone who actually wanted to do my hair, not be annoyed by my somewhat picky requests. I seem to get that alot! i was given Courtney's card by a friend at work. I was introduced to the other stylists working, given plenty to drink, and even a snack! I felt like I belonger there and never felt uncomfortable. She was very very helpful, educational, knew color, and i have never had a better haircut, or full experience! in short, Im a lifer.

couldn't be better – So my stylist had a baby and I couldn't seem to find anyone to do what I wanted! I was either taken blonde when i wanted subtle highlights, or i had an inch or regrowth when i left a couple of salons! I don't wanna sound picky but I like to look good!
