AMAZING! I drive from Sonoma County to get my hair cut from the best lady there---- SHANELLE FIORETTI! She is amazing. I went there with a picture of Mandy Moore from Elle magazine. She cut my hair to an exact T. I went to a really expensive salon in Sonoma with the same picture and walked out broke and unhappy. I went to Shanelle within days and she made it work. Salon 121 Inc is not so great! I read these reviews and went to Salon 121 and asked for Kenya. She spent a lot of time on my cut and weave and did an excellent job! -- that time. I have been back several times since then and with each visit she spends less time, colors less hair, and charges me the same as or more that the time before. What worries me about a place like this is that none of the stylists post their prices. Each time Kenya was finished with my hair, I had no idea what her price of the day would be. Salon 121 If you need a quality haircut on short notice this is your place. The stylists are great and the prices are lower than many other salons in Los Altos or Palo Alto. The salon is friendly and not pretentious. The location is great since you can get a bite to eat or find an ATM nearby. My favorite stylist is Kenya. Very pleased! My first time visit to Salon 121 was a success. I was looking for a stylist who could give me a Vidal Sassoon "Bob" haircut at a moderate price. I found the salon by scanning local reviews and by calling Salon 121. They recommended Kenya and I was very pleased by the following. 1. It was easy to get an appointment. 2. Kenya Kim, the best, the only! I have been going to Salon 121 for as long as Kenya Kim has been working there. Salon 121 is a clean and good looking salon, but Kenya is why I am there. She has the skill and talent to cut, style, perm and color any type of hair. She will help you select hair products to make or keep your hair healthy. She uses only the best products on your hair.
