OK so i write in everytime i see meghan. I have been in customer service postitions all my life and in an hour last night she taught me what real customer service is really like. I really like my hygienist. She is friendly, courteous and professional. Things were pretty slow...took well over an hour to get out of there. My dentist was in very briefly and it was a different dentist than I had previously seen.
I found the staff to be very courteous and friendly. I am very pleased to be a new patient at this office.
Everyone in your staff is helpful and cares about your comfort which eases my anxiety about going to the dentist. Thanks for all their help.
