The office staff is always very friendly. The hygienist was excellent as usual. She explained every procedure and was thoughtful about my comfort every step of the way. That attention to detail makes it a great experience. Thank you.

While eating some popcorn Two nights ago, almost half of a rear molar previously capped tooth (by another dental clinic) broke off. In less than 18 hours, I was seen by Chad Boger and his Assistant Anna, received a temporary cap and was scheduled for a permanent cap three weeks later. I was very impressed by their ability to schedule me on a day when there were otherwise no openings and the professional and respectful care I received. I feel that you are a family and extend that to everyone. In fact, as I was writing out my check the person accepting it, sorry can't remember her name, also gave me that feeling and she said she was a new employee and happy to be employed by your group and I told her that is how I always felt that I was a member of the family.

Dental tech was very attentive to my comfort level, she took her time so that I was able to feel more relaxed. Also, love the amenities, i.e. tv, treats, cleanliness,etc.

I had my very first filling today, and had a fantastic experience - well, as fantastic as you can when you get a filling :) Dr. Madden and Lori were so great! I look forward to my next visit (which is not what I typically say about a dentist's office)!

I had been to one Dentist my whole adult life. When he retired my family was on a search for a Dentist that would conduct himself the same. When we found Doctor Madden, he is the one.

I had been up most of the night with an abscess'd tooth and when I called, they were able to fit me in and see me.

Dr. Chad and Kate did an excellent job at my appointment. I could not be more pleased with the work they did. I had a big, giant smile for Thanksgiving because of them! Thank you so much!
