I was made to feel relaxed and assured all was going well. Constantly asked me if I was doing alright. The late hours is a great convenience!
They're always really honest with me about things I need // don't need. I'm young and don't necessarily want to pay for special toothpastes or procedures I don't need - they're great at telling me what is important I take care of and what I can get by without. I also just switched off my parent's insurance and was nervous about making sure I did everything correctly with the paperwork and billing information. Starr at the checkout desk was very patient and super helpful!
I loved how the dental hygienist, Heidi, explained everything she was doing, and the tools she was using so that I knew what was happening. It was very helpful! Very kind people!
Dr Chad fit me in on very short notice to fix a 20-year old crown that had fell out over the Christmas holiday. Really appreciated it!
Detailed help with my daughter's orthodontics issues in regard to flossing; contacted her orthodontist about issues to be addressed at an appointment there.
I was nervous about coming in for a root canal, the ladies up front met me with big smiles (even at 7 am on a Monday!) Dr. Schmidt was great!
As soon as I walked in the door I felt at ease. I was greeted immediately and the atmosphere is very nice. My son has some extensive work that needs to be done and the staff explained everything to me in detail. I felt informed and they were very nice to work with. I am currently a patient at another dental office but will be coming here going forward with my next cleaning/exam.
Friendly, professional, on time, good explanations of dental work . Would not go anywhere else.
My experiance with them has always been nothing but the best!!
