Fantastic, friendly & kind staff. Dr. Isom listened to me, asked questions, and discussed multiple options based on my X-rays. He didn't pressure me or make recommendations based on what was best for him or his practice, but made recommendations based on the goals I wanted to achieve from our initial conversation. HIPAA Violation!!! I went to Isom Dentistry for the first time in May for a diagnosis with no treatment. Dr. Isom reviewed my radiographs and told me I had a cavity that had already progressed into dentin, but it would only take him about 15 minutes to fill. He said the office would call to schedule treatment, but it has now been 3 months and I still have not received an appointment, even though I have ongoing tooth pain that really needs timely care.
