Salaman Capital is a great management company, they are responsive, attentive, and always trying to make tenants feel as comfortable as possible in their buildings! I highly recommend them!

Extremely slimy people. Avoid at all costs. Some of the people who work there are fine but the people running it are awful people, Litan especially, who I couldn't get on the phone when it was time to give us our 5-figure security deposit back. Justification was ridiculous, charging us for ketchup packets in the kitchen and carpet stains from their many ceiling leaks we could prove were there before we rented the space. Can’t say enough bad things about Salman, including their property manager Sarah. Rude, inconsiderate, lack of communication and professionalism. Cheap and don’t want to fix things or compensate for not fixing things on time and by time I mean weeks to months. They do not respect your time and rights as tenants. Will harass you to pay rent but not fix anything on a timely manner. I strongly advise against any dealings with Salman Capital and the properties they manage. These folks are the epitome of cheapness while charging exorbitant prices. The buildings are poorly maintained, and the staff is utterly clueless. In particular, I had a terrible experience with a lady named Litan, who I later discovered is the owner's daughter.
