Avoid these people. Nothing but scams. They will try to keep your deposit, no matter what you do, even if apartment is super clean, they will try to find the way. Avoid this if you can. Paid rent for 6 years, never missed a day, returned the apartment in better condition than it was when i moved in, and they still trying to keep my deposit. Previous tenants told me the same
Avoid this realtor like the plague (Exact building attempting to steal from us is 35 Journal square). The woman called Sarah who is the manager doesn't seem interested in helping us get our deposit back after 2 months since leaving the space. I asked her is this standard procedure and she said she had emailed the owner of the building but she hasn't replied yet and then proceeded to tell me she's satisfied she's done enough as she sent an email but hasn't heard back.
