Ordered flowers for Christmas none of them are fresh some wilted, Thomas kincade house doesn’t work, phoned and complained gave me an email address to send my picture and complaint, it bounced back, not a good way to run a business.
Flowers delivered today & arrangement was not at all what was ordered..some roses are dead & withered others were very old. Thomas Kinkade does not work…trying to get my money back. Very disappointed
SCAM ALERT!!!!! If I would give less than 1 star if I could! DO NOT USE SALLY FLORIST unless you want get ripped off! $150 for flowers that were never delivered, and now no one is answering the phone... Talking to the CC company now to try to get the money back.
Flowers ordered for a funeral. They arrived a day late and in a terrible state with dead/decaying flowers.
