OUTSTANDING!! I worked for DMV during 1970-1985 we friends would enjoy Sally Bell's 2-3 times a month.The potato salad & chicken salad was divine and the cupcakes were the BEST. The cheese wafer was a taste of fun. I was able to stop in last Week (Wednesday) around 2:30. I chose to get a pound of potato salad & chicken salad and 4 1/2 dozen of cupcakes.
