30+ minutes AFTER they were supposed to be open and NO ONE was there to open the store. I get that we're all short staffed, but you can't hope to keep a mall location in business if your store isn't open when it says it is. 3+ years after initially posting this review, I can confirm that they have not gotten ANY better at being punctual when opening their store. Went to the Sally’s on Pendleton and Julie was such a kind person and helped me out and listened to my questions and I enjoyed getting to speak to her!

So happy to be helped today 5/26/2025. My son’s hair was yellow after being bleached and it needed fixed with toner. A kind employee talked me through exactly what to do and what to purchase. I’m so happy to say it worked great. Wished that I got her name. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I just placed a DoorDash order and the dasher cancelled. When I called this location to confirm, the cashier was rude and put down the phone while speaking with her and the lady she passed the phone too was very dismissive and passive aggressive.
