After getting off work today, I stopped by Sally Beauty around 1pm. I asked the young lady who was on duty a question and she looked at me as if I had mess on me. How rude! If I could have written a review with zero (0) stars, I would have. I will never go into this establishment ever again. Bad customer service!!!
I just want to say Katie is amazing 💯. Hands down give this lady a raise. I have never felt comfortable in any Sally's or salon ect. Not the girly girl. But today I felt seen heard and understood.... she helped me through it all step by step for my project but also came in with great recommendations for repair care for what is about to happen. As well as took her time walked me through, answered all the questions even though im sure I asked them 2 or 3 times over. Just all around a great person. Honestly if you can give her... read more

Eris not only greeted me when I walked in but provided me with great help when I had no idea what to look for when coming in. She led me into the right direction and even wrote steps on what I should do when highlighting my hair on a sticky note. Thank you for your help Eris!
