So amazing they went over time to finish my nails and the service was great they offered drinks, ice cream, and made sure you like everything before they dry it, and they were just so sweet!
Stopped here because NO WHERE else had my signature neon green hair dye. I was greeted right away and found my products easily. I was checked out by romani (im sorry for the spelling), and she was a absolute doll!! She went above and beyond, set up an account for me, and had me walking out feeling like a million bucks. 10/10 would recommend anyone to go here.
Came lil after 11 and no one was there sign says they open at 11. Waste of my time I won’t be back.
This is the best Sally Beauty Supply store in the greater Grand Rapids area. Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. There were a couple of items I found online that they helped me find in the store. I'll be back!! Thank you!
