This is the best Sally Beauty Supply store in the greater Grand Rapids area. Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. There were a couple of items I found online that they helped me find in the store. I'll be back!! Thank you!
Google maps says you're open until 8. I show up at 7:30 and you're closed. Thanks for wasting my time by being inept at changing your hours on Google maps.

Ordered delivery. Ordered 2 of the ion permanent darkest intense brown hair color. Only recieved 1. When I called customer service and told them of the situation. They called the store to see if they just ran out of it. Nope. They said the bag was filled with every item on the ticket. How stupid. Did you not see a number 2 next to one of the items on said ticket? So irritating and so disappointing. Take accountability. Absolutely ridiculous.
