Molly is amazing!! I go to this location, just because of how helpful she is! I feel this young lady goes above and beyond to help me when I go there! I think she likes what she does, therefore service she's provides is truly superior! She needs to be manager! Or at least give the gal a raise to show your appreciation Sally's Beauty!!
I had a great experience here. Went in for a DoorDash order and Molly went above and beyond helping me shop for my items. Saved me a lot of time and confusion. Someone give her a promotion and a raise. Great customer service!
I just left extremely disappointed! Store clerk stocking with one hand while on her cell with other hand. She said " hello" then went about her personal conversation. I tried to find all I needed, being the only customer in the store, clerk into cell conversation I left. Clerk yelled out" bye". REALLY!!
