This was my very first visit to Sally Beauty and definitely my last. I just bought scissors that were completely defective, broken straight out of the package and impossible to use. I wasted my entire lunch break rushing back to the store to return them, only to be treated with absolute disrespect. The cashier, who couldn’t even communicate in English, refused to take them back and left me stuck with useless junk.
