I have been to this Sally’s quite a few times tonight. I did not receive good customer service and was disappointed overall. no greeting. I stood in an aisle for 10 minutes looking confused as the associate with half blonde hair and half reddish hair walked past me two times. I came in for questions about color correction and shampoos. What happens when a color needs correction and you walk into a beauty supply store to try and execute that but you test the associates to see if they know their color bases? You come to this store. A friend of mine had a hair service performed at a salon within walking distance of this beauty supply store. The color applied was absolutely terrible. The manager Brittany is very great with giving advice & has great customer service. This place is filled with positive vibes and they know their stuff!
We got there at 10:05 AM when they still weren’t open as they were supposed to at 10. A worker was sitting outside waiting for someone to come unlock it and was filming TikTok’s. Around 20 people came by but then left bc they weren’t open yet. They lost so many costumers. You can’t be late to open your business. Jeez. Worst experience ever.
Amazing experience! Staff very helpful and friendly! The girly that helped me today was super helpful and got me everything I needed. The store was busy but she was still able to help everyone and give attention each customer. Definitely will be going back for any future needs!
