The the product's very nice and easy to use. I'm very happy with all the products from Sally's beauty. I don't have a any problems with any products, but the customer service supposed to be more friendly and professional and help the customers with their questions or problems and don't read the answers like robots from the computer, they nedes to accommodate the customers with issues

Came for the first time to this location. The woman working today was kind, helpful, and friendly. I was able to get everything I needed. The store was clean, organized, and inviting. I'll be back!
Loved my experience here, the girl with pink hair knows her stuff. She helped me when my hair was falling out and I didn't even need to think once about what products were best, she knew exactly what to recommend. The sweetest workers at this place, thank you so much!!! My hair feels amazing from all the products I got.
