We have a house next door listed with Sallie Davidson for 311 days. The yard has yet to be mowed and it’s May. I contacted the agent to ask that the yard be mowed. She stated she also had two other agents tell her the same thing. This was 10 days ago. The yard is still overgrown and looks horrendous. Any realtor I’ve ever used would try their best to make their listing look the best they could whatever it took, including hiring someone to mow it themselves. Requested additional information regarding utilities, zoning, maintanence, etc. requested thr info multiple times over several weeks and they NEVER provided the information.
