RecommendedI have been to this store many times. The owner will go out of his way to order what you need and the employees care about the pets like they are their own. Every time I have gone to the store it has been clean and I have been able to easily find what I need. My pets and I will definitely be back. :)
Every reason not to go that you can think of. High prices, poor treatment of animals, puppies from puppy mills, dead animals left in tanks, poor customer service, and the owner is extremely ignorant.
This place is awful!!! And the people who work there have horrible attitudes and they are so rude. I went in there to see the puppies and wanted to hold one, they never answered my question and then said no with absolutely no reason as to why?!?. I see another lady ask to hold the dogs and they of course told her yes. I will not be coming back to this place. You guys definitely need to get your attitudes in check and be more friendly. Also the animals you have are way overpriced!!!

The puppies have routine playtimes. Also, there have been puppies out almost all day. The only time we say no to people are around 1 o'clock so puppies can sleep and 4 o'clock when they need to be fed. Prices include the initial cost of the puppy, shots, microchip, vet care and food while they are here, so, no they are not overpriced. If people are interested in the puppies, we let them see them. You were told twice today that there is nothing we are able to do. These cats come from the Humane Society, which you were told to contact. They aren't our cats to begin with, we simply just offer them a place to put their cats out for adoption. This isn't anything to do with us and it might be in your best interest to try to work something out with the Humane Society, where the cat came from, then to direct your frustrations in a form of a rant on our review section.
This place is the most disgusting pet store i have ever been too , the store was being ran by kids, the animals conditions were awful, you could tell the dogs were sick and from puppy mills, i complained about the way a animal was kept and the boy pretended to write it down, ill never go there again, it was heart breaking, and had me in tears !!!!!!!!

We came here for all our pet needs and supplies and to just visit the wonderful pets,staff is always knowledgeable and friendly, recently We got 2 fancy pet rats and they been so sweet you can tell they been loved and handled,, thank you to all the employees and owners because you all are awesome,,,

Adopt don't shop! If you really care about animals, take a page from the state of California and only have dogs from local shelters. People will still come in to see the dogs and buy all the stuff that goes with it. But instead of adding to the the problem of homeless animals, you will be part of the solution. Be the change.

If it's the latter, I highly suggest coming in and visiting our store. We do in fact help adopt out animals, cats to be exact. A review section of a business page is to give helpful information for potential customers. Not rant and rave about a personal opinion.
