Me and my sisters just went to super pet and asked if we could hold a dog and she said do you have someone over 18 and I said yeah and she said yeah go ahead you can hold a dog so we walked over to the dogs cage and held the dog we wanted to hold and that we were told we could hold them a minute later the worker that told us we could hold the dog came over and snatched the dog out of my sisters hand and yelled at us and told us that we’re not allowed to hold the dogs and was yelling and went to all the workers and said that ... read more

Incredibly rude to me for no reason. I’ve spend lots of money here and donated many times. It was also extremely hot and smelly in there and energy was terrible.
The animals here are living in horrible conditions. The cats are all kept in a small closet barely big enough to fit a person in, and the puppies are all from puppy mills. They are lethargic, sickly, and covered in flies. Their cages are also way too small. They lied about the age of the cat I adopted, that he was vaccinated, and they told me he was fixed. Seeing a video circulating showing a dog in a rabbit cage drinking out of a rodent bottle. It is my understanding the dog is paralyzed and the owner has ignored concerns. I hope this place gets shut down! I’ve even sent the video to PETA so expect a visit...

I got a tree frog from them 2 months ago. And today I found him dead because I have been buying crickets from them every week,and the crickets I got from them last Friday has killed both my tree frogs and my bullfrog. When I called them today the girl on the phone acted like she could care less that we lost all 3 of our frogs.
The place is filthy and dirty. The animals look very unhealthy. We had gotten a Puppy from there when we took it out to go to bathroom it would not go to the bathroom outside it would wait until it got into the pen and it would do his business in the pen. The vet told us the reason why the dog was doing that was because it wasn’t taken out to go to the bathroom the way it should have been it didn’t know anything else but to go to bathroom in his cage.
