I just stopped there today and this place is awful. I have 4 guineas and promised my husband I would not get anymore but I had to rescue this male guinea. His whole rear had no hair and so many bite marks from the other guineas. Some of the others has small bite marks as well but this one was terrible and uncalled for. I would post a picture but I don't see a button to.
This place is awful. The birds are plucking because they're miserable. The fish are in filthy water. The reptiles don't have enough heat. The puppies are from puppy mills. The kittens and small animals are sickly. The staff is rude and uneducated about animal care. And the owner has no care of these animals and is solely in this for profit. I wouldn't buy a rock from this place. It needs to be put out of business!
Their dogs are from puppy mills! They don't care where their dogs end up!

We're sorry you feel that way. We take finding homes for our dogs and other pets very seriously. All of our puppies come with registration papers and specific breeder information. Recently more of our puppies come from right here on Delmarva. All you have to do is ask for the paperwork.

Hi, we appreciate your input and will definitely learn from it. The Sugar Glider cages are usually moved in the winter and we have moved them away from the window. As for the light, since the Sugar Gliders are nocturnal the window should not be a problem. There is usually not direct sunlight coming in those windows. The Sugar Gliders we currently have in the store were hand raised by an employee and she would be the first to let anyone know if they were being mistreated. Bought my black corn snake(I think shes a female so I named her Nagini after the snake from HP)on 6/3/2014. The employee who I talked to was super knowledgeable and was super helpful and I loved the service. Great store. 5 stars isn't high enough 100/100
