Dr Cuzzack has been taking care of me feet several years now. Never needed him that he didn't get back with me, even when he was on vacation. His staff is the best Always a happy place.
Extremely professional staff and Dr. Cousak has been so knowledgeable and helped with a stretched tendon. Highly recommended.
I have been going to this man for around 15 yrs off and on and he is amazing. He has helped me every time to where I've never had to get a second opinion. I went yesterday and found out I had heel spurs and the temporary heel inserts he made me worked wonders. I felt relief within minutes. He is the best!!!
It's been a couple of years since my last visit but Dr. Cusack and his staff are top notch.
This is one of the most caring Doctor I have known, A friend introduced Dr. Cusack to me several years to me, and I will not go to anybody else. He has been working with this ulcer for about six weeks now and he is determined to get it healed.
