The Salinas Y changed my life. I walked in there 100 lbs heavier, now am in the best shape of my life. I work out there nearly every day, and this 65 year old woman is ROCKIN it. The monthly fee covers ALL classes and the there are TONS of options. The weight rooms are packed with equipment and the vibe is friendly and inclusive . See you at the Spartan June 3!!!
