I ordered a vest last year and was measured wrong. I returned the vest and staff said they would send it back for alterations this was in September. I called back several times since then to check on the vest and was told it had not been returned by the manufacturer. Today I contacted the manufacturer and learned Salinas Valley Pro Squad just sent the vest out last week! They sat on my vest for over 5 months before sending it back!! Horrible customer service. Save yourself the headache and drive to Summit Uniforms.

Fantastic. They knew exactly what I needed, got me in and out real quick, even hemmed pants and sewed shirt patches on in-store in about a half an hour. Amazing customer service and respect. Highly recommend for any public safety uniform supplies and accessories.
A great uniform place that will go out of their way to help the customer. Always a great experience going there and their work is really high quality.
They really try hard and take of you, the ladies in the back are awesome and can make any alteration needed to make you look good. Been going there for two years and its always last minute alterations. Keep up the great work and atmosphere Pro Squad
