Everyone there is very helpful and kind. Everyone from the front desk,x-Ray tech,Ultrasound tech and Doctors. I had a scarey experience and the doctors talked with me and I was even comforted by Isabel Contreras. Very great personnel.
Very Professional & Friendly. Rarely do I have to wait to get called for my appointment. I like my Dr. She's very thorough .
My son arrived in the wee hours of the morning via ambulance transfer - the ER staff was great during his intake and he was taken to his room fairly quickly as I recall. Although he is an adult he was lodged in the pediatric unit where there were open beds available - we LOVED that unit - the hall and room walls are painted with trees, vines and cute animals - VERY cheerful - which raised out spirits tremendously. My room was not cleaned in 3 days. I only saw the hospitalist for about maybe 5 minutes per day. I was there for 8 days.
