There are multiple reasons I am writing a complaint. A family member of mine was experiencing. A high fever from 103 to 104. The doctor stated that my family member was lying in other words not telling the truth. I overall don’t recommend this doctors office.
Still waiting over an hour for my newborns appointment. Ridiculous to have people with newborns waiting in a lobby full of sick people for over an hour. Edit: I changed my review to a 3 star because the staff and Dr Brunet are very nice and professional. I just wish the wait wasn't so long everytime. Edit: Another appointment today for 11am. Our experience here has been OK, up until we had to use the urgent care on a Saturday. Everything was great, but the doctor, not our regular doctor seen, prescribed my 9 month old a drug for her diarrhea that has side affects that can be really harmful, and some cases deadly. We had to due our own research. The doctor never explained why the meds were prescribed or its side affects. My daughter's diarrhea worsened. We had to go to the ER to get second opinion.
