I just spoke to the rudest person who called my dads number instead of mine even though they text me to the correct number. Instead of apologizing said you can change it when you come in and then hung up on me. This is my first time seeing Dr. Bajaj and I’m already nervous about the procedure. I hope this person is not indicative of the level of care I will receive. I’m seeing a lot of reviews about how rude the office staff is, but I’ll reserve judgement because the second person I spoke to was very helpful and very nice.

My experience was awesome. The receptionist was helpful and explained everything about forms I needed to fill out. The nurse was sweet professional, she helped me with the testing before seen, then settled me into my room. I was seen pretty quick and Dr. Parks bedside manners was kind and informative. She shared the various options and listen to my questions and answered to the best of her ability not knowing what it is yet. She ordered test to get a better idea of what we are looking at. Dr are great, the girls working at front are very rude and unprofessional. Receptionist feel that they own the clinic. Need to be better train on customer service. They forgot we the patients pay for their salary.

This practice bills me things they should not charge! Their billers never answer their phone! I left many messages for different billers, nobody returned my calls. Try to get your care elsewhere to avoid unnecessary bills. Beware! Avoid this place!

Drs are great but office receptionist name Diana is Rude, Unprofessional and Racist. She looked at me from head to foot and never helped me register. I had to wait for the other nice receptionist to register me. I asked for the office manager name Jill but she ignored me. Wow
