0 stars. They don’t honor the appointments they schedule. Had an appointment on Oct 10, 2019 at 3:30 pm. Had an appointment card with that date. Show up an hour early to check in knowing well we’d have to wait for our time. They said the appointment was actually Oct 11 at 3:30. “Um no, my appointment card says Oct 10, 2019 at 3:30 and we need to be seen, I took off work for this...”. They wouldn’t see us and that was the last PTO I had for this month. They are horrible at honoring appointments and I will have none of it.
I love this place they r open on Saturday’s an the girls no me an my kids an my new baby girl I just tell them my last name an they no me if I can’t make it my mom can taken them for me
Can you give this place a 0? They let us make an appt with them and then wouldn’t see us. Our son is very sick and we needed to take care of it NOW.
I love SPMG. We've been going here for 8 yrs and continue to have a wonderful experience. They always have appointments available, the office is tidy and there is two offices for patients to visit.
I love this place for my children with all the great nursing staff and good service from both offices they have. The few doctors we've seen when main doctor is unavailable are great as well!!
Love them friendly staff.. all MA's are great with kids. Dr's very patient and they listen to your concerns..
