My 3 children had a pleasant experience on their 1st appointment this past Thursday. My 2 year old son keeps asking me if we can go to his dentist appointment. 2 year update: Still great practice. Dr. Ton is professional, respectful and so very kind. The dental assistants are also amazing. I recommend this place to anyone who asks. (I also have not had the up charging I experience at other locations. Billing is clear.) Original post: I took my children here for the first time today. I spoke to someone by the name of Heidi, and she provided terrible customer service. When I asked if I could schedule an appointment for my 1 yr old daughter. She stated that they were booked until the end of March. I then asked her if they were available March 28 on Tuesdays which is my day off. She stated that the office would be closed and did not say as to why their closed. I just felt like she did not offer much availability. She also hung the phone on me multiple times.
