Overpriced, bad service. I purchased my car at Sam Linder, in 2005. I had my car serviced their twice, I brought my car in for it's third service (brakes) and they had no record of my car ever being serviced their, they also wanted to charge me triple the cost another shop quoted me at. My other two services with Linder were also unsatisfactory, even with scheduled a appointment I ended up waiting to have my car worked on, upon being told my car was ready I waited just under an hour (so they could wash it, which from what I ... read more
Good Service We bought our Honda Civic Hybrid here. I called around to find one of these hard to find cars and was able to buy one before the car was on the lot. I received very good service through the whole process - from the initial phone call reserving the car to buy the car that wasn't actually there to picking up the car when it came in. I would definitely go there again given the right price and the right car.
Great service department I cannot speak to the car sales team here, but I have used their service department several times. I was always pleased with the level of service, the turnaround time, and the prices here. The service technicians were good about giving estimates and also did a lot of follow-up. I really liked Sam Linder's service department, and would definitely return.
Great service! I did not buy my car there, but I have been taking it there for service ever since. They have been great! Everything is always taken care of to my satisfaction, and the car washing is not from a garden hose like someone else said! It's the best car washing I have ever seen! I get my oil changes there because I trust them and their comprehensive service, and part of the reason is I love how well they take care of the car in terms of washing and vaccumming.
