I have the pleasure of meeting and working with them to get my hearing aids they have always go out of there way to make sure that your happy and don't forget get the great coffee & tea ! Just a nice group of great fokes!
I got my first hearing aide from Costco and had it for about two years. It worked pretty well but I had some problems. I had trouble getting help and I had to make an appointment, which, somtimes, took a week.. I decided to go to Valley Hearing Center and the difference was remarkable.They call me by name when I go in and the hearing aides work excellently. I can now hear my wife and granddaughters much better with wonderful clarity. If I have any minor problem I can go in and they help me right away. It's nice to have the b... read more
