Very knowledgeable and available and and always with a friendly welcome.
Friendly, very informative, patient, kind staff in the Monterey office. My first hearing exam was a very interesting experience. I learned a great deal about how to listen and talk to be heard. Very important when you have an older parent living with you, that has selective hearing. Wonderful visit showed I had normal hearing loss for my age, but too minimal for aids. No high pressure sales pitch! No long wait. Very nice staff!!!

I was visiting from the other side of the country and got a hearing aid dome stuck in my ear. The staff quickly removed it for free with a smile. What a great experience!
Great people...super professional. We’re more worried about getting me what was right for me then making money. I have had prior ear damage from a childhood illness. So they want me to go see the eat, nose, & throat doctor before they consider fitting me for a hearing aid for my hearing loss. That’s caring! So impressed! And they already work with my doctor.
They go up and beyond their duty to try and help people.
